At Charlotte Russe, we want you to love your look, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items, swimwear, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange.

Log into our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
